Delta Server
I have got a call-accouting software which can run reports on a IP network for all remote sites. What i would like to know if the delta server can be run at all sites and then i can collect my Data at one end using one call-accounting software?

Re: Delta Server
Yeah this is possible Karan but if your sites are busy enough to warrant a call accounting package I believe it would be unwise to go down the path of having a centralised call accounting package as the amount of traffice that would travel down the link (in terms of the central app sucking all the SMDR) would not be at all tiny as it would have to be done at given intervals, rather you are better off having the package at each site and running it that way. There is a really cool package I found here that might be appropriate: www.suresoft.com.au follow the links through to phone monitor
