Hi everyone. This is my first post. I'm trying to recreate an out calling feature my customer had on their previous messaging server.

They have an emergency mailbox that, when it receives a message, they want it to outcall to a pager, if message is not retrieved in 20 minutes, outcall to a cell phone, if not retreived in 20 mintutes call another cell phone... and so on! 6 x !

Their old messaging did this.

I've set up the VM Pro to out call to the pager, but that's it. Any ideas? Thanks, cpF

Variations of this have been on the feature request list for longer than the IPO has been in existance (Im sure it was requested for the Alchemy as well)

So far it has not materialised (it wont even retry a pager call if it gets no responce)
the best option I can think of is to use the VM to Email feature & e-mail a group address with a notification.

Thanks. This is what I'm hearing from everyone, I've got e-mail to a group and Call Back to pager set up, it's just not as good as their old ESNA TOL'95. cpF
