Hi, we are using IP office 412 (27).. have not had a chance to upgrade to (35) yet.. but its coming.

It worked fine up till about 2 weeks ago, calls would come in.. they'd press the appropriate option.. then it would play the music on hold while they waited in que. We are using a call center peice from Zeacom, but they have pointed this at avaya. According to call status it just gets the ringing state.. never gets to music. Also the zeacom software has a piece that will play your progess in the que.. IE, you are next in line.. 2nd in line.. and so forth. Now it just says your next in line even if there are 10 people ahead of you.

It stopped working when I rebooted the switch (after stopping the services) and then rebooted both of the voicemail / zeacom servers.

Its causing problems because people are calling in and thinking somethings not right so they are hanging up.

does anyone have any experience w/ zeacom / and avaya that would be able to lend me a few idears?
