Transfer outgoing call to external destination

Hi Guys,
I have a problem transfering an outgoing call to an external destination. It just rings once and then stops. If the call is incoming there is no problem to transfer it to an external number. The inhibit offswitch call in not enabled. Any other parameters i have to check?

Thanks

Re: Transfer outgoing call to external destination

Only possibles in version 2.1 (35)

2 New Feature Support

This version of IP Office Software includes support for transferring two external calls together.
This feature is enabled by enabling the 'Allow outgoing tranfer' option under the system/Telephony menu on the manager application.

Re: Transfer outgoing call to external destination

Well, it seems i need to upgrade the system since it's an old 1.4 ver. I though i could fix it with a shortcode in the lines. Probably not.

Cheers!

No answer timers can cause this, try increasing them.
I have also had this transferring to some mobile networks, whereas landlines are fine.
