Help on CCC reports

Hi all:
We have Avaya CCC ver 4.0 and are looking for historical report on login/logout details
in daily breakups eg:0900-1800

Is there any default report on this that can be accessed thru the report viewer? If not where can I find one?
Please note that we do not have a license for the report designer!

Any help would be highly appreciated!

For what it's worth I have also previously come to the very same question and to my knowledge this was not possible... sorry

I thought that the agent activity report gave login/out details.

Give that a try.

Agent Activity report gives a total logged in time. Rkurup wants the actual log in/out time (eg: Agent X logged in at 8:12am and logged out at 5:23pm)
