Hi all:
We have Avaya CCC ver 4.0 and are looking for historical report on login/logout details in daily breakups eg:0900-1800 Is there any default report on this that can be accessed thru the report viewer? If not where can I find one? Please note that we do not have a license for the report designer! Any help would be highly appreciated! Rgds, rkurup |
