I've got an IP403 V2.X at a remote site that I can ping if I'm remoted into a computer on that local network, but I can't ping it remotely. It acts as if it doesn't have a default gateway and doesn't know how to return the packets. I can't find any place to put in anything but the IP Address and Subnet Mask. I also tried messing with the IP Route field, but that didn't work either.
The IP Office is on a 10.200.30.x network with an address of 10.200.30.30 (10.200.30.1 should be the default gateway, that is the address of the cisco router) My computer (the computer I would like to run Manager from) is on a 10.200.140.x network with an address of 10.200.140.138 Any help would be appreciated. Leon

Re: IP Office Default Gateway?
You need to add an IP route
the simplest option is :- IP Address: Blank Subnet Mask: Blank Gateway: <Default gateway for site> Destination: Lan1
