divert to voice mail on 2030 handsets

Does anyone know how I can get 2030 handsets to divert to voice mail on busy and/or no answer internally?

I have tried various things but none seem to work. I think I should be able to divert to a shortcode of some kind to take the caller into voice mail but it either ends up at the callers mailbox or the default attendant.

My customer does not want to have to press the "voice mail" key internally.

I can get this working by creating a shortcode for each user but that seems like a lot of work.

Anyone know if one shortcoe will do all users?

Thre is no single short code that will achieve what you want, how ever I beleve that later versions of IPO firmware (V2.1(27), V2.1(34)??? ) changed so that it was no longer necessary to press the Voicemail key & calls would divert direct to VM on busy

Thanks for the reply. The only version I know of that does divert without pressing the key is 3.0 for DS handsets. 2.1.27 and 2.1.31 with DT handsets need the key pressed.
