Alliance IPO 406 together with Cisco Call Manager
Hi to everybody)
We have installed IPO 406 as a PBX and connected it to Cisco Call Manager over CISCO1760-V Modular Router w/Voice,( with PVDM-256K-4U16 on Board) The Link between IPO and 1760 is organized over VWIC-1MFT-E1(Cisco) and IP400 PRI 30 E1 Expansion Kit (Avaya) The provider of VoiP services supplied us with 21 direct XXXXXX numbers The problem is that - at IPO we have from three to five extensions with the same Caller_ID. And when two people with the same Caller_ID are trying to make a call - the Last one gets "the Number is Busy" tone and its unavailable to perform a call with the same Caller_ID at the same time. Does anybody have such connection of IPO 406 to CISCO CCM 3.0 Does anybody have such problems when people perform a Dial-out Call with the same Caller_ID |
