Help: Caller ID on analog line
Hi experts,
My customers have IP412, ATM16, DS30 running on 3.0(40), but the user does not caller ID from analoge line. The line type is set to LoopStart ICLID. Is there any othe configuration needed? Thanks a lot.  |

My 1st guess is that CLI is not being sent by your line provider.
Ask your line provider to supply CLI

Thanks, that is my 1st guess too.
Since I am not on the site, I ask them to test it. They using Nortel PBX test it. The Caller ID works fine. By the way, the CO switch is DMS100. Any clue? Thanks a lot. |
