Phone manager

Hi guys,

I have one ip-office with version 3.0 and my customer dial 9
to make call. So I made at the conf. at the manager (line) prefix (9)
and at the incoming and outgoing calls the same. But at the phone manager
if they want to make call back the missed calls, incoming it’s ok. At the
outgoing calls they can’t do it.

Any ideas????

Thanks costasha…

Re: Phone manager

Add the following short code

shortcode ?
tel no .
Line group 0
feature Dial

This removes the need to dial 9 and therefore will not appear in phonemanager with a prefix of 9

Re: Phone manager

They want to put 9 to make a call. And at the phone manager at the “All” options
you can see the incoming and missed calls with one 9 ,and you can make call back
from there. With outgoing now calls you can’t.

Thanks…
