Post IP Office Trouble

I programmed an Ip Office 403. System was up and running with no problems. The next day I returned and found all the 6408 sets had no dial tone. The phones sets had a hum when off hook. The analog sets have dial tone. Has anyone had this problem and if so how was it resolved?

Are you on the latest release?
Did you reboot it and it worked again?

I am at 1.4
I rebooted and nothing happened.

Sounds to me like the code is corrupted.

I would erase the config and the 403.bin from your IP Office.

I did all that and took away the hum from the phones. Tech Support says it is an Out of Box Failure.
