Call Listen Feature
We recently upgraded to version 2.1.31 rom 2.1.27.
In this vesion the call listen feature is not working correctly. Yes, I can listen to calls but I can also listen to agents that I've configured to 'cannot be intruded' in the telephony tab of manager. Before the upgrade all was well, but now this has happened. Any ideas as to how to get this working again.......or is it another one of those pesky bugs!!!! Thanks, G! ![]() |

It is a cool feature though isnt it
It means that you can set up a monitor group for a manager without allowing call intrusion for everyone
