Analog line access

I have an analog line going into my networked PC’s modem. Through IPO, is there a way to access this line to make outbound calls?

Yes, plug line into IPO, programming as unique inbound and outbound line ID, programming POTS extension and ensure it uses only this Line ID. Plug into modem and make data call
