Has anyone set up a way the user can park a call on an extension and another user can pickup that extension without too much hassle.
Currently we setup a system where we have programmed users with a button *38* All the users have to do is hit the extension number/zone and the #. The customer has confusion with understanding which park zone they have placed the call and they only want to hit the extension number of the parked call. I appreciate any ideas. |

Assuming 3 didgit exts bigining with 2
try the following short code Short code - 2XXX Number - . (dot) Feature - Ride call The park buton ona digital phone sets the park bay to the ext no + 1 extra digit (0 for 1st call 1 for second ext) eg a call parked on ext 211 will have a park bay of 2110 with the ubove short code dialing 2110 on any ext will retrive the call
