Call Accounting and Deltaserver

The latest Deltaserver on V3.0 Admin CD is running as a service. When i set call logging, this file is not accessible while the background service is started. This is a problem for my Call Accounting software which cannot read the logging file. It seems that older versions of Deltaserver are not working either on V.30.

Any ideas?
