VMPro - Manual Record
Hi,
when I record a call manually by an other user, via a short code like : * 9 6 * N # N 0 CallRecord The call is recorded, but the file record is created in the mailbox of the user who make the short code. I'd like the file is created in the mailbox of the user recorded (e.g. of N). Have any idea ? Thanks in advance |

Re: VMPro - Manual Record
It is very simple, upgrade to Rel 3.0 then in the user form ->Voice Recording you'll have the option to do the manual record to any mailbox on the system, you can also choose a different mailbox for the Auto Recording. see the picture attached
