Arrow Re: Listen to recorded messages

When you set up the auto recording you have to set up which mail box the recodings will be sent to.

These recording will simply appear as voicemail messages in the users voicemail box that you sent it to. As for visual indications - it depends on the phone you are using - but the voicemail indication light will come on the users phone to show there is a message waiting to be played.

Re: Listen to recorded messages

What software version are you using? its in the voicemail tab on the user where you choose the voicemail messages to go.Also why are you using a time profile for recordings,m if you leave that out it will record all the conversations if you set the radio button to record all. I think you may be running an older level of software, which is why you dont have these features showing up.
