missed calls

Hi guys,

I have ip403 and r3.0. The digital phone are 6408D and my customers want to see the missed calls from the telephone, not from the phonemanager lite. Is it possible that?? And how...

I am not sure whether this is what you need. I have 6424D phone, to check the missed calls.

Press 'Menu' Twice, then -> Hist. It shows the call history.

Hope it helps.

You need D+ phones to be able to see a call history. D phones do not have the menu.

i can see the history only for the redial calls.
So i need a 6408D+ phone.

Yes I just tested this feature with a 6408+ phone and yes MENU -> MENU -> NEXT -> HIST will give you your call log you are looking for!
