Voicemail Autoattendant directory

We have an Auto-Attendant setup that allows callers to type in the user name to get connected to their extension. The message used to say "Enter the first 3 letters of the name", now it says "Type in the name". The first 3 letters still work but callers do not know that and are complaining that they have to type in the whole name. How do I get back to the original message.

Re: Voicemail Autoattendant directory

Depending whether you are using DBN (last name) or (First Name) and what region you are at. In the US you can navigate down into your voicemail pro directory\VM\WAVS directory and find the files labled DBN_XX.wav. I believe the first name and last name prompts are 21 and 22. Use voicemail pro to record a wav file that says what you want the caller to hear, rename DBN_XX.WAV to DBN_OLD_XX.WAV, then rename the wav file you recorded to DBN_XX.WAV. This should give you what you want although it wont be in Audix Audreys nice voice! ha ha
