speaker phone mike mute 4602 IP

We have several 4602 IP phones. When trying to use it in speaker
phone mode, the mike is always "muted", regardless how many time I toggle the "mute" button. I can't find any doc on this particular issue/feature.

Anyone can help?

The '02 models (2402, 5402, 4602, 4602SW, 5602, 5602SW) only support listen-only speaker phone operation, ie. no handsfree microphone.
