IP Office Pickup version 3 DT handsets.

Is it possible to set up the pickup appearance on the sceen to pickup calls like on the Index? I have tried all the settings I can find, I just cant seem to mke it work.

3.0 does not support DT handsets.

There is a version of 3.0 build 541 if I remember correctly which supports version 3, I upgraded a site to it this morning :) Its been out for about 6 weeks now.

You can programm a pickup group on DT handsets in exactly the same way as on the index.

Unfortunatly it uses the feature PickupGroup & will only work for calls directed at the group (it will not pickup calls that ring a group member directly)

usefull alternatives are to create a chort code that performs a PickupMembers for the required group programm this feature under one of the DSS keys of the 2030/50, neither option will give an indication of the display.
