We are currently running VMPro ver 2.0.17
CCC version 4.0.2 Do I need to "jump" to another version prior to going to 3.0.?? and CCC version 5.0?? The IP406 is running ver 2.0.17 Also are there any "great" leaps forward with things in the latest release? Thanks |

Re: Version jumps
Avaya say you should go to 2.1 first, (probably build 27 or 31) befoee going to version 3 to avoid corrupting the database. Have gone direct without problems (make sure you keep a version 2.0 backup of the config) but guess its how much you want to risk it.
Version 3 Phone Manager is very popular, main reason we are going to it, also the cheaper 54XX phones.
