Question Qos

Does anyone know where I can find all the quality of service default values for all the devices in IP Office? I am running LAN with one router and 6 3500 switches and a 412. I have a t1 connecting us with a remote office that has a 403. An IP 406 phone and 5 computers are plugged into the remote 403. Data and traffic coming from the remote is fine. When data and voice are traveling from the Main office to the remote the voice packets are dropped. You can hear the preson talking sometimes.

I am currently in an Implementing QOS on Cisco equipment class so I am gaining so knowledge on how to configure it but can't seem to find out what avaya uses.

Re: Qos

Hello,

you can look into the documentation R3.0 CD, under the PDF Files link in the aplivcation notes section and open the following file :
http://ipoffice:4001/mergedProjects/...undry3pwan.pdf.
there you can find example, of how you program and what's the default values fo QoS implementation in IPO, Definity Server, Cisco Router.

You can download documenation CD from www.avaya.com/support.

Regards
