Hi All.
We have Avaya IPO 403 2.1(27) & Voice Mail PRO 2.1(10) . We are using auto attendant , it works fine. when operator is available say from Morning 8:30 am to evng 5:30 PM Auto Attendant should not play calls should directly go to extn 200 After 5:30 pm autoattendant should play. How to do this programming Can anybody advice me |

Fairly simple,
Just go on the manager, - Set up a night time profile - go to incoming call route - set the night profile destination on the route you already have configured as the autoattendant - set the normal destination as the operator - Merge the config and you are done!!!! regards. |

Or you could use condition editor in voicemail pro. You can buid a condition that makes a decision as to where the call is routed based on the time of day as well as holidays. This sollution is a tad bit more complicated but there is a voicemail exercise that shows you how to do this.... Remember to use OR statements and not AND...
