AutoRecording
Has anyone ever designed a call flow for voicmemail pro for the auto record??
I am trying to follow the instructions for setting up autorecord, but it is not delivering to the extension i have created... So now im going the route of setting it up in voicemail pro.. I created the module and specified the hunt group in which i wish to monitor.. I then created a condition for 8-5:30, and then set a listen module to record to $uui, however it is still not sending them to that mailbox.. Right now the autorecording is being sent to the hunt groups mailbox, but I would like it to be sent to an individual mailbox that the supervisors could check from. When i create the module what extension should I be specifying? the hunt group? or the extension i wish to store the calls in? I appreciate all your help :) |

Re: AutoRecording
... but for automatic call recording triggered by a hunt group, $UUI would be the hunt group and so if used to specify the recording destination would be the group mailbox.
Replace $UUI with the specific mailbox into which you want the recordings to go. |

Re: AutoRecording
I have programmed each user's autorecord to go to the extension.. so I would then think that using $uui would send it to the extension that I had set as autorecord, I will give you method a shot tho, thanks for your help
