I am in the US, running 3.0 for the system, voicemail, and phone manager. Under the 'configure' | 'PBX' options, I recently selected the login/logout feature, which allows me to login to my phone when I login to Phone Manager. Whenever I exit out of phone manager, I am logged out of my base phone (a 4620 IP phone).
What I want to do is change things back to the way I had the originally: which is that phone manager does not control whether I am logged into my phone or not. The problem is that when I uncheck the login/logout box, I get an error message that reads: "Cannot Log in. This may be due to an invalid Username/Password." and my phone is logged out. Please help, I don't want to have phone manager controlling my phone any more! |

You will need to uncheck the login/out option, then manually log your phone in again.
Default code is *35* extn no. * Password # If no password as in your case, code is just *35* extn no. *#
