VM Pro Message Retrieval
IP 412 v3.0.40
VM Pro v3.0.13 Intuity Mode My client was just upgraded from Merlin Magix with Octel voice mail. They don’t like the having to enter their extension and pin to pick up their new messages form Voice Mail Pro. We have tried to creating short codes with the “?Extn201” , voicemail collect. This still does not work. Is there a way for the user to only be prompted for their PIN when retrieving VM from their own extension? |

Re: VM Pro Message Retrieval
If they're accustomed to Octel and not Intuity, you might consider putting the VMPro in IP Office mode instead, then the feature you're trying to use will work (although some other cool stuff will not).
Alternately, advise them that they can just press # when prompted for their extension number if they are sitting at their own desk. Peter |

Re: VM Pro Message Retrieval
You should be able to override the default Intuity "Which mailbox ..." behaviour by creating a custom call flow under the Voicemail Pro's 'Default Collect' start point. Add a 'Get Mail' action set to caller's mailbox.
