Re: Voice Mail - Intuity Mode
Search for VMdata.mdb files or vmdata.bak, or old ones stored under
\Program Files\Avaya\Ip Office\Voicemail Pro\DB backup If you can't find the old one unfiortunately you are stuick with recreating it again. As long as you don't select "Save & Make Live" until finished, the root.vmp file will not be over written so Voicemail will continue to function correctly.

Re: Voice Mail - Intuity Mode
root.VMP is fortunatly an english text file. I would not recommend trying to change it by hand, but at least it an be used as a reminde of how the VM was configured.
