Cannot retreive messages. Vmail Pro.
I have a couple users who continuously seem to 'lock' them selves out of their mailboxes.
This is the error they get when trying to listen to voicemails: Cannot retrieve messages now due to multiple logins to your mailbox. After a few hours they seem to be able to get in. I know that rebooting the voicemail server solves this, but it's not an ideal solution. Is there away I can disconnect the users connection to the server or somehow refresh this 'still open' connection / session? Any ideas? Thanks. G! |

Re: Cannot retreive messages. Vmail Pro.
Use CallStatus (need to load phone Manager on same PC and have it connected as their extension) to steal the call back - It will be because they have put the voicemail call on hold and can't retrieve it.
Users of phone manager often accidentily do this.
