Re: Voice Mail Pro 2.1(10)
Can you access the IP Office from the VM Pro machine with Manager?
Have you put the ip address of the VM Pro into the IP Office? Does the VM Pro server service run? |

Re: Voice Mail Pro 2.1(10)
To check is the VM service is running got to control pannel/Administrative tools Services.
What happens when you try to call VM - Engaged tone or silence Engaged tone = VM not connecting to IPO Silence = Invalid licence & 2 hour trial expired. Make sure the windows firewall is disabled.

Hi IP Guru.
When i dialled to VM PRO - i get Engage Tone - - is there windows firewall in WINodws XP SP1a , where i can see the winodws fire wall. If i am getting the engage tone what is the cause . VM pro is not connecting to small office edition. How to resolve it. Thanks in advance |

Re: Voice Mail Pro 2.1(10)
Did you check to see if the Voicemail Pro service is running?
If not, try to start it - you may have entered an invalid username/password during installation. If so... try reinstalling VM Pro. Peter |

Re: Voice Mail Pro 2.1(10)
All versions of Win XP have a firewall, it is just enabled by default in SP2
Prior to SP2 it is enabled or disabled in network proerties.
