Call observing

How do we set call monitoring or observing like Definity in IP Office, ext 222 ( Admin ) want to monitor ext 254

Check the docs, it's clearly explained. Search for "how to monitor calls".

Be aware that there is a bug in 2.1.27 that requires you to enter the shortcode sequence twice for it to actually work.
