VM Lite does not create accounts

Hi there,

I have this strange problem. I added VM Lite from the Admin CD and it's refusing to run. It does not create accounts. I run out of ideas. The PC is running windows XP (admin rights). I set the voice mail type as PC from Manager.

Any ideas?

few things:

Is the VM PC on the same subnet as the IPO?

Is the IPO set to broadcast to find the VM server, or is there a specific (and possibly incorrect) IP address set for the VM PC.

An obvious one, but forgive me for the sake of completeness: the IPO is connected to the LAN?

Also check the firewall setup.
If XP running service pak 2 you will need to diasble the firewall or add it as an exception.
