Hunt-group
Hello...I have a Hunt-group with the following specs:
- Type: Most Idle - No Answer time: 15 secs - Voicemail is On - Queuing is On When no agent is logged in or when an agent is Busy-Not-Available, the calls go into an indefinite queue. I want calls which have been in queue for over 60 secs to go into the voicemail. How do I do this? Please help. |

Re: Hunt-group
I think you need to set the Hunt Group Overflow timer to 60 seconds.
leave overflow groups blank
