R 2.1 -15 - Problems

Helo.

We have 8 system on SCN all the systems are 2.1 15 .

we are facing lot of problems with this, some times all the 6408 DS phone goes dead for 15 secs & Comes back automaticaly.

At one site we have SOE , all the extns goes to default regularly, account codes deleted automaticaly.

these days we thought some body is loging to system & deleting , but we installed the monitor software. when checked the loging no body does that .

is there a BUG in the realese 2.1 15 ,

is there any better version or patch is available to sort this out.

Pls give us suggestion to sort it out.

Never ever ever ever use 2.1.15 for ANY reason. See the sticky post at the top of the forum on this subject. There are more bugs than I have room to post.

Peter means : upgrade as fast as possible to 2.1.27 wich can be found on the Avaya support site.
That is : support.avaya.com.
