Question How to configure a user to collect voicemail from external voicemail system

I have a customer which uses its own centralized voicemail system other than voicemail Pro. I just wonder how I can configure a short code or button to collect the voicemail from this systme. The IP Office is connected with voicemail through CO lines, basically like:

IPO <--> CO <--> Voicemail System

For example, suppose the access number ofr voicemail system is 873-111-2222. How can I configure a short code or button to access this number automatically?

Thanks a lot.

Should be fairly straight forward. Just create a Short Code something like this:

Short Code: (what ever you want it to be. Eg *77)
Telephone Number: 8731112222
Line Group ID: (whatever the line group is for the trunk that is connected to the external system)
Feature: Dial

Then you can assign that Short Code to a programmable button on the phone. And voila.
