forwarding huntgroup via phonemanager
At a small customer site, the customer wants to have all his phones ringing on a call. So i set up a huntgroup type group. Because of the small size of the company there must be a formarding on no answer to a cell phone.
They are using phone manager pro. in the orwarding tab of the preferences menu, the choice to enable forwarding huntgroups was dimmed. I enabled through the manager application a forward huntgroup for that specific user. The forward hunt group bullet in the forwarding tab showed selected but was still dimmed. When i did a deselect on the forward function the forward huntgroup was deselected to and because is is still dimmed, the user cannot enable it anymore. Do I need to select someting else in the setup to keep the forward huntgroup enabled? |
