Auto Attendant Failing After Upgrade on VMPro

Our auto attendant has began working intermittantly after an upgrade to VMPro 2_1_12 then we tried 2_1_14. The symptoms are: when an inbound call comes in they hear the attendant for about 10 sec. and then they hear nothing. The call does not disconnect. You can not input any prompts or do anything else. This problem is really weird, after resetting our IPO SME the attendant will work for the 1st 5-6 calls that come in and then stop working. We are using analog trunks loop start trunk and are at release 2_1_27 on the IPO SME.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this yet?

Try a new announcment, some times this can be a problem and when you speak a new announcment you are of the problem.

We recorded a new announcement and the problem is gone.
