Should be no different from the other IP Offices and certainly doesn't depend on the Line type.
Dial *15 to switch call waiting on (*16 for off) ~ as simple as that. The user can also do it through Phone Manager, with the added advantage that Phone Manager will show them details of the second waiting call. In Manager, look on the User | Telephony tab and check Call Waiting. |

when using Alog trunks always make sure that call queing or call waiting is enabled, otherwise a call to a busy destination will recive rtnr & never be presented to a user
