I am wondering if there is a way to creat a distribution group for voice mail message. Any help would be great.

there is a full description on how this can be achieved in the VM Pro Examples document on the docs CD.


When V3.0 is released an easier opttion should also be availabel (tick box in Group form)

Call Distribution can be accomplished through VM Pro but it can get very cumbersom depending on the number of extensions and distribution groups. If you are trying to forward a message from your voicemail box it can only be done by entering each ext number in.

Avaya is releasing 3.0 with the Call Group feature that will accomplish this task easier.
I have several customers waiting for this release just for that feature.

If you need an example of Distribution list and how it works let me know.

You will be able to do this in 3.0 release of software which is released on the 15th December.

Yes, it is slated for 3.0, just a side note to the release date though...a "little birdy" told me that we may not see it until the Spring time, shockingly.
