Hunt Group ringing
Staff wants to change the system so callers do not hear ringing when they are directed to the hunt group. Would like to have them hear a short message and then our music on hold.
Curretly we are using a transfer to the group. Should I be using something different? |

Re: Hunt Group ringing
The only way I know of to do this is to downgrade to 1.4 firmware, which had a bug that played MOH on transfer from VMPro instead of ringback - in this case you'll be exploiting the bug 'cause that's what you want to happen :-)
