Users Voicemail Reception
VM PRO 2.0.17
IP 406 2.0.18 ATM 16 4.0.18 Voicemail Reception: Default = Blank When connected to a User's Voicemail the caller can press 0 to be transferred to either an internal number, eg. Reception or to an external number, eg. a mobile. Enter here the telephone number to be used. The User should announce this facility in their greeting message, eg. "John Smith is not available today, you may leave a message or press 0 for Reception". I have set this feature to ring back to the reception group "800". when you call into someones VM and opt to press "0" to go to the reception group, the message a caller hears is "transferring to extension 800". So my question is Can I change this somehow so that either it just rings or plays a different message? |

Re: Users Voicemail Reception
Record a name prompt for your reception hunt group voicemail (assuming that is what 800 is). Then it would play "transferring to reception" instead of "transferring to extension 800"
