It will save everyone asking if you indicated what firmware/software versions you are using, what kind of control unit, etc. and will therefore mean a faster answer.

Also, if you are looking for help sorting out trunking problems, be sure to indicate what country you are in as that often makes a difference.

Finally, be sure to check the manager help files, and search the docs CD (if you don't have one go to support.avaya.com to get manuals, job aids, etc.) as they are, for the most part, excellent resources.
