Hi,
Does anybody know why the button redial doesn't work at 4620ip telephone? The version is 2.0.18 And something else, can u tell me what settings are u using for the ip telephones? for example at the ext. list for ip user, i choosed 20 packets and 729 simple and i still have problems with voice. Some times they can't hear the others for the other site. Thanks, Costas... |

Re: 4620ip(telephone)
Can you clarify the problem a little first:-
- 1. ?Does redial do nothing at all or - 2. ?Does it dial a number that dosnt get routed out from the switch. Problem 1: As IPGuru hints, occurs if the user has no call appearance buttons programmed (its usually matched by the phone's call log not working). Problem 2: If your IP Office is setup to use a dial 9 prefix for outgoing external calls, that prefix needs to be added to the CLI of incoming calls that gets used for redial, etc. Each line has a prefix field in the configuration for this. |
