Are you connected to your other locations through central office over a VCM channel?
Also when you say that they are not "recieving them" does this mean - the ability to pick up the voicemail - a light on the phone - or are you taking about voicemail email? Personally not heard of this happening in a single office environment. enigmabob :smack: |

I know there's a bug with one of the latest firmware releases whereby indicator lights do not work for huntgroup messages...
We also have problems on another install with ringback not working on some groups and extensions and also with night service voice mail. All in all I think it's a generally buggy system!! |
