VM Pro

Has anyone experienced this issue with Voicemail, some of my other locations are complaining that voicemails are being left for them and they are not receiving them until the next day. any help would be great...

Re: VM Pro

Are you connected to your other locations through central office over a VCM channel?

Also when you say that they are not "recieving them" does this mean - the ability to pick up the voicemail - a light on the phone - or are you taking about voicemail email?

Personally not heard of this happening in a single office environment.

Re: VM Pro

I've had it happen on a 2.1 system (which is full of bugs). It was resolved when I downgraded the 403 to 2.0.18 firmware.

Re: VM Pro

the light on the phone does not go on, it seems to happen with internal calls.. all of the users are part of a hunt group of some sort, could that be an issue...

Re: VM Pro

If it is a group mailbox you need to add H<GroupName> to the usesers source number field

Re: VM Pro

I know there's a bug with one of the latest firmware releases whereby indicator lights do not work for huntgroup messages...

We also have problems on another install with ringback not working on some groups and extensions and also with night service voice mail. All in all I think it's a generally buggy system!!

Re: VM Pro

2.1.15 firmware is LOADED with bugs. Do not use it under any circumstances. Your alternates are 2.0.18 or 2.1.24 (which has some bugs, but you might be able to live with them)
