Night Bell/Ring
Does anyone know if there is a way to setup ip office, to ring over a loudspeaker for sat. hours. the office is normally closed on sat. w/no receptionist, but we do recieve customer service calls, instead of having c.s. log into the group we would like all calls to ring over the loudspeaker to be answered.

Re: Night Bell/Ring
Piece of cake. Set your after hours destination to an analog extension, connect your night bell to that extension.
If you want it to go to AA after a certain number of rings, activate vm for the analog extension and create a user leave mail startpoint, have it goto your AA module. Peter |

Re: Night Bell/Ring
If you need this to only happen on saturday (as opposed to every time the office is closed) create a test condition in VMPro that checks to see if it's saturday and within the hours you want the bell to be rung. Then insert your test condition token before your regular AA menu, on true assisted transfer to the bell, with timeout going on to the menu token. On false from the test condition go direct to the menu token.
