Power confrence / logging into bridge

I have set up power conferencing at our site. IPO 403 w/ VMPro. It seems when I book a conference and go to log into the audio bridge that it will not accept my conference # and Pin # as being valid. The same conference # / Pin # allows me to access the web portion just fine. I have go over all the short code and vmpro settings but see nothing configured wrong. It seems to be a problem with the ipoffice interfacing with the Power Conference server (not being able to verify the #'s. The prompts and responces from voicemail pro are correct.

I also made changes so that it did not require the pin #. Responce was invalid conference #. I also had it ring my phone 5 min prior to the conference. This senerio allows me to just enter the correct pin#. I get responce of invalid Pin.

Has anyone seen this or similar problem?

Bill

Re: Power confrence / logging into bridge

What kind of phone are you dialing these pin# from? Is it a digital phone on the system, or are you at a remote location?

Some non-digital sets send variable length DTMF (tone sounds for as long as you hold the button down). If this is the case consciously hold the keys down longer with each keypress and see if that helps.

I am dialing in from a 6408 phone. I have since rebooted the 403, the web server, and cycled the voicemail pro service to make sure everything was kosher. I still am unable to get access to the conference session.

Hmmm... got me. All I can think of is to re-install conference center.
