Re: Ipoffice down

I would suggest 2 possibilities

1) a virus on you netowrk
2) V2.1 - downgarde to 2.0(18) untill the maintanace patch arives

Re: Ipoffice down

What types of sets do you have on it. Having more than 10 4424 sets on a DS-30 will cause this to happen.

Re: Ipoffice down

Whre have I ever defended V2.1 against proven bugs?

If you have a V2.1 bug that cannot be worked around (& it wasnt there on an earlier build) down grade to one that works! or wait untill next week (should that be year??) for the maintanace patch, If V3.0 dosnt get released first

Re: Ipoffice down

if you can live without the console & VM disconnect the IPO from the customers Lanif this works without problems then you hav a network problem (back to the virus sweep), running monitor can help pin down a rouge PC (if you can filter out all the rest of the chafe)

otherwise it sounds like a config issue, try defaulting the sysem (or one of its earlier brothers in the lab).

Re: Ipoffice down

See the earlier thread on the 406 reseting. Same stuff applies.
Do you get TLB DATA errors when you run the monitor prog and check the alarms?
If so then it sounds like config.
