IP Small office analog lines dead

I have a new IP Small Office 4T4A8DS. None of the analog lines will function. I've reviewed the entire setup procedure, defaulted the system and reloaded several times. Anyone ever encountered this? Am I missing something obvious, or do I have a DOA?

are there any unused trunks? try changing any unused trunks to a different linegroup ID - that should sort you out!

for a test, loop the trunks back in to the ext's
this will prove if the trunks are bad or the lines you are connecting to
