Softconsole 2.1 Reclaiming Calls
Biggest Problem Softconsole
System 412 with 6 x DT30 and 1 x phone 30 and an SO8 Software level 2.1 VMPro 2.1 When one of the reception operators transfers a call to a user or meeting room that doesn’t have voicemail or is not answered the call basically is lost or cannot be reclaim. If the call does return to reception it takes 30 seconds or more to return and then they are not able to answer the call. Is any thing i can do to recalm these calls Thanks |

You can turn down the time on the "Transfer Return Time" for the individual receptionist users to something more managable, like 10-15 seconds which is about 4-5 rings. This was if the call isn't answered, at least it comes back fairly fast. Setup a short code to pull the last transfered call back. Again.. there are a few ways to do that.
