Call Park
Ok ... I'm stumped on the same IP Office, this time with Call Park. It works just fine. I have 3 park buttons on all of the digitial sets and have changed the shortcodes to reflect the same FACs that they were using in the old System 25. I can watch the call being parked on the call status monitor ... and can see it parked ... and can see another user ride the call ... but when the call is recovered there is no audio. Even if the same user who parked the call rides it they get no audio. Anyone ever heard of this?

Re: Call Park
Is this a 'voipless' call that is being parked? Ie DS phone, not coming over h.323 trunks? If not, can you try a voipless call and see if your call park works that way? If that DOES work, then try DS phone but call on h.323 trunk, then hardphone but call on non-h.323 trunk - find the source of the problem.
